Syntax: automatic
When an enemy is close to death, a Monk may use the palm of their hand,
pushing it up and out, striking their enemy in the nose and smashing bone up
into the brain, killing them instantly.
This skill works on monsters who are no more than 10 levels above the Monk,
and the chance to successfully smash bone into the brain depends on the
mastery in this skill and the difficulty of the monster. Boss monsters must
be below 5% hitpoints and normal monsters below 40%. Some monsters are
immune to palm strike.
